This year’s theme, “Charting a Course in a Changing Market,” connects with so many changes in angel investing and the startup ecosystem:  new technologies are totally changing the market and angel investment opportunities, innovations in how to invest present us with new opportunities and challenges, and stories of harassment dominate the news, even in early-stage investing.  The Summit will tackle these issues and more.
