One-Hour Workshop

The one-hour, do-it-yourself presentation covers topics for new angels who need to know how to get started, from risks and returns to portfolio strategy and more.  Time is allocated for discussion and Q&A.  

The workshop is for ACA members and there is no charge.

Introduction to Angel Investing covers these topics:

• Overview of angel investing
• Becoming an angel, including the importance of developing a portfolio and your own investing strategy
• Angel investing process – due diligence, term sheets, valuation
• Engagement with portfolio companies after investment
