The 2017 ACA Summit will feature a combination of keynotes by top tech investors and entrepreneurs in the San Francisco and Bay Area, along with 5 tracks of concurrent sessions:
The Summit opens with a fireside chat – Investing through the Generations - led by famed VC Tim Draper. He is joined by his father Bill and adult children Jesse, Adam, and Billy to talk about how they got started in equity investing, how they invest together, the changes they see in investing now and in the future, and the best practices that angels should continue. Other keynote speakers include Mitch Kapor, Freada Kapor Klein, Bobby Franklin, Dave Chase, Julie Wainwright, and Cindy Whitehead, among others. For those interested in additional education, consider attending one of three "Pre-Summit" programs on April 26, with an International Exchange Workshop, Angel Investing Overview and Mitigating Risk with New Deal Structures – from Term Sheets to Exits. More than 150 members voted on the tracks in the Summit agenda. The sessions were suggested via proposals to ACA’s Request for Proposals. The main ACA Summit begins on Wednesday, April 26 at 3:00 pm with a keynote and finishes up on Friday, April 28 at 2:00 pm.
