We are still planning for a successful event in a little more than two months. You are part of the ACA family and your safety remains our highest priority.  We know our many members and partners have been excited about participating in this year’s ACA Summit, ACA 2020 - The Summit of Angel Investing, to be held May 12-14, in Denver, Colorado. 

We are a professional society in the business of serving angel investors and our stakeholder community and in the midst of this coronavirus outbreak, it's important that we give you as much information and flexibility as possible.

Our executive leadership team is in daily contact with our event partners and the broader association community.  We are also monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), federal agencies and other global health organizations who are sharing the most up-to-the-minute information to ensure the actions we're taking are comprehensive and appropriate. 

We will continue to monitor on a daily basis while tracking the actions of our counterparts. The ACA Executive Committee has been working on contingency plans for a couple of weeks and we are reviewing the situation every day for any new developments that may cause us to change our plans.  We will allow our concern for the safety of our members, staff, partners, suppliers, etc. to drive our final decision on how to proceed with the Summit, and we will do so while keeping an “informed, practical” view of the status of the disease at that time.

To give you the greatest flexibility, when you register with us for ACA 2020 - The Summit of Angel Investing, you can cancel your registration with full refund between now and April 18, 2020.  We have waived the normal processing fee for refunds based upon this extraordinary situation.  We hope to see you there.
