New Face of Funding Conference - Focused on Women Investors

Please register here  and join us for a unique ACA Pre-Event, Portfolia's “New Face of Funding” conference. The New Face of Funding Conference is designed to expand and enhance women’s impact on entrepreneurial investing and market-making.

The event features noted women VCs, angels, and investors providing an overview of women’s entrepreneurial investing, focused on the way women are shifting how venture investing happens and using their influence and affluence to greenlight the products services and technologies they want in the market.

The event begins with dinner at 5:00pm on April 25 and runs through 2:30pm on Wednesday April 26, leading into the ACA Summit. An additional pre-event seminar on Due Diligence is available for a limited number of participants 3:00-5:00p on Tuesday April 25.

In an intimate setting, the New Face of Funding Conference provides participants a unique opportunity to interact with leading National and Silicon Valley thought leaders, angels, VCs, investors and entrepreneurs.

The 2017 International Exchange, convening angels from 6 continents, will present several ways that our global connections are deepening as well as new initiatives to examine and promote activity within specific countries. This is a fast-paced program, with presentations from literally all over the globe, with the latest statistics and learn about innovative approaches to expand and mature markets in various countries. For 2017, Brexit and the impact of the election of Donald Trump are topics with extra interest and impact. We will wrap up with an all hands discussion of the role of GBAN and other vehicles for collaboration.

It looks at unique survey data from ACA member angel groups and others on what they really look for in business plans and presentations, how that compares to what they're actually receiving from entrepreneurs, and the best sources of deals.
