ACA Public Policy Overview

The Angel Capital Association is the principal public policy advocate for the interests of angel investors and angel groups in the United States. As the leading professional association of angel groups, ACA aims to study and address public policy issues that directly affect our members and the field of angel investing in order to better educate and serve our members.

ACA focuses on a combination of American federal and state policy issues, both legislative and regulatory. The association's work is guided by a member-based Public Policy Committee.
