Angelsoft Partnership

Angelsoft is ACA's official software for administering angel investment groups. Angelsoft's software provides a secure system to manage angel group deal flow and syndication with other angel groups and smart investors. The platform allows angel groups to capture deals, process them through a customizable work-flow process and collaborate with other investors.

Partnership between ACA and Angelsoft Benefits ACA Members

• Free use of the current Angelsoft platform for every ACA member in good standing
• Ability for any ACA group using Angelsoft to export, at no charge, a copy of its data in standard XML format
• Comprehensive privacy, security and data protection procedures to be developed jointly by ACA and Angelsoft
• Full opt-out ability for all group members and staff from any Angelsoft-related email messages not related to functional system updates about deal flow and collaboration
• Continuing clarification by Angelsoft about any fees it charges for any of its services to entrepreneurs, including ensuring that entrepreneurs are aware they can directly submit applications to ACA member groups (and that many ACA members have no fee for direct submission)
• Users Group to work with Angelsoft to standardize and improve the platforms, features, processes, and protocols. The group's mission will be to recommend ongoing improvements in deal flow and collaboration features and capabilities that will maintain and expand the Angelsoft platform as an even better tool for our members.
