The third annual ACA Leaders Workshop, "Sustainability Toolkit - Ideas for Increased Deal Flow, Membership and Funding", is set for chairmen, managers, and other active leaders of ACA member angel groups. The agenda includes topics not covered in any other ACA event.
The event starts with a networking reception on November 1st from 5 to 7 pm and the workshop will be held on November 2nd from 8 am to 3:30 pm. A special presentation of two seminars - Trends in Raising Capital and Valuation of Early-Stage Companies - will be held on the afternoon of November 1st, and ACA members are welcome to register for that program as well. Please take
a look at that agenda and you may add one or both of these sessions to your registration.
AGENDA:
The agenda includes content aimed at angel group chairmen, managers, and other active leaders of ACA member groups:
- Building angel group relevancy in today's early-stage capital world - ensuring groups have access to the best deals
- Supporting angel group membership - recruiting and cultivating members and creating group dynamics / community
- Models of angel groups in Silicon Valley, including how they work with accelerators, super angels, VCs, and family offices
- Harnessing resources to build sustainability for angel groups
- What's new with the "Halo Report", the new database of angel data with Silicon Valley Bank, CB Insights, and the Angel Resource Institute
- Back by popular demand: Most Pressing Issues for ACA Groups, a roundtable for everyone to ask the questions that are keeping them up at night
SPECIAL REASONS TO ATTEND:

- Opportunity to attend the investment dinner meeting of the Life Science Angels on Wednesday, November 2nd. This dinner will be held at a local country club, with drinks beginning at 6 and company presentations at 7. The cost is $150 per person, with a separate registration process.

Room reservations are available for $169 per night through October 18th at 2 pm Pacific. Parking is included. IMPORTANT: The room block is available via the local hotel only during regular business hours - the central number for the chain does not work with room blocks. The ACA Leaders Workshop hosts are ACA members in Silicon Valley and Cooley LLP has offered their facilities for the event. Hosts include the Life Science Angels, The Angels' Forum, Band of Angels, Sand Hill Angels, and Health Tech Capital.

ACA Member Fee for ACA Leaders Workshop: $250*
Fee for Power of Angel Investing Courses: $50 for two courses or $35 for one
