ACA has set a room block discount for ACA Summit attendees at the Hilton Austin hotel - The ACA Room Block has expired. Rooms are still available at the market rate, which was $249 as of February 27.

The basic room rate is $219 per night, not including taxes. The rate includes Internet use in your rooms. The rate is available for the nights of Sunday, March 4th through Thursday, March 8th.

To receive the discounted room rate, there are two methods of registration:

• Call the hotel at 800-HILTONS (800-445-8667). Reference the "Angel Capital Association".
• Register on a special page on the hotel Web site. The group name is 2012 ACA Summit and group code is ACA.

The Courtyard Austin Downtown and Residence Inn Austin Downtown are two hotels conveniently located just steps from the Summit hotel, the Hilton Austin, and only a short distance from 6th Street, the most exciting entertainment district in Austin. Getting to Austin and the Hotels
Travelers may fly into the Austin Bergstrom International Airport and take a taxi or private Shuttle to the hotel. Depending on traffic, it should take 15 to 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel.

Logistics
We're looking forward to seeing you in Austin, March 6-8 at the 2012 ACA Summit. This is a quick update on the details you may find helpful before you arrive.

Where am I going? The Summit is being held at the Austin Hilton hotel, located in the heart of downtown Austin, 500 East 4th Street. The hotel's main desk phone number is 512-482-8000

Parking: Valet parking is available at the hotel, at $30 per day and hourly rates available for hotel guests.

What do I wear? Dress for the Summit, receptions, and affinity dinners is business casual.

When does the Summit start? The Summit officially opens with the Opening Reception on Tuesday, March 6 at 5:30 PM. ACA members are invited attend the Annual Members Meeting at 4:30. Pre-Summit sessions begin the morning of Tuesday, March 6th.

What is the agenda? The agenda is available in detail here. Stay tuned for announcements.

What are the logistics for the pre-Summit programs? Most of the pre-Summit programs will be held at the Hilton Austin hotel. Stay tuned for more information on locations for the Technology and Investing Showcase and receptions.

Where is the Opening Reception being held? The Opening Reception will be held on the Hilton Austin from 5:30 7:30 PM. The only program is informal networking.

When is registration open? Registration will open on Tuesday, March 6 beginning at 7:30 am. On Wednesday, March 7th registration will also open at 7:00 AM.

Affinity Dinners: These dine-around dinners will be held after the opening reception on Tuesday, March 6 at 7:30 or 7:45 PM. Information on local restaurants and catering venues for these informal dinners is available on the Dinners & More Web page. Arrangements for most dinners must be made by attendees and the costs are paid by those who attend each dinner.

When does the Summit end? The Summit wraps up on Thursday afternoon at approximately 1:00 PM. Box lunches will be available for Summit attendees before the last session begins.

What should we know about South by Southwest Interactive? This world-class event attracts tens of thousands from all over the world. Registration - and especially hotel rooms - fill up very fast, so interested ACA Summit attendees should make their arrangements as soon as possible via the SXSW Web site. Hotel rooms after March 8th are taken by the South by Southwest festival. Reservations for hotels must be made through the SXSW housing office, after you purchase a registration badge for the SXSW Interactive event.)
